Careers at Prism

At Prism, we are currently seeking part-time Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if desired.

We are a child-led, neuroaffirming practice that believes therapy should honor autonomy, curiosity, and authentic connection. Our work is rooted in respecting each child’s communication, regulation, and learning style while supporting meaningful participation in everyday life.

Clinicians at Prism are supported through high levels of mentorship, with a strong emphasis on AAC, collaborative problem-solving, and thoughtful clinical decision-making. We value your professional voice and are committed to supporting both your independence and your continued growth—whether you’re deepening an area of expertise or exploring new pathways within your clinical work.

If you’re looking for a workplace that prioritizes ethical care, meaningful relationships, and clinicians who are supported as whole people, we’d love to connect. Please complete the form below to tell us more about yourself and to be considered for an interview. Experience with pediatric feeding is preferred but not required.
